Swing, Popular, and Original music performed in a Traditional New Orleans Jazz Style
A taste of New Orleans in the Midwest! Farmland Jazz Band, heralding from Fort Wayne, Indiana, performs heart-thumping and toe-tapping selections of exciting, family-friendly music to audiences in the northeast Indiana, northwest Ohio, and southern Michigan areas. The band evokes images of New Orleans and 1920s improvisational jazz styles while choosing from a repertoire of well-known swing, popular, traditional, and original selections. Farmland Jazz Band consists of excellent, well-seasoned musicians from the Fort Wayne area and has performed for thousands of people at various venues including parades, parties, bars, church picnics, festivals, weddings, funerals, and afternoons in the park. “FJB” got its start at the Three Rivers Festival and continues to provide entertainment for all.
